Flag comments with check marks

You can mark comments with a check mark for your personal use, such as keeping track of which comments you’ve reviewed. Then you can show or hide comments based on whether they have check marks. Check marks aren’t visible to other reviewers.

  1. Click the Comments button  on the navigation pane.
  2. In the Comments List, click the check box next to a comment so that the check mark icon  appears.
