View content on layers

To view information stored on different layers of a PDF, use the Layers panel.

  1. Click the Layers button  in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the eye icon  to hide a layer’s content. Click the empty box to show a layer’s content.

The creator of the PDF may also have created bookmarks and links to take you to a particular view of a layer. Open the Bookmarks panel or click a link in the PDF.
