You can search for text in comments, as well
as the body of the PDF.
Type search terms in the Find text box on the
toolbar.
Click the arrow next to the Find text box and select
Include Comments.
Press Enter.
To see all search
results at once, choose Open Full Reader Search from the Find pop-up
menu and select In The Current PDF Document and Include Comments.
