Change how a comment appears

You can change the most common comment properties, such as color and opacity, using the Properties toolbar.

  1. To display the Properties toolbar, choose View > Toolbars > Properties Bar.
  2. Select the comment.
  3. Set desired options from the Properties toolbar. Click More to access additional options.

To apply the changes to all subsequent comments of the same type, select Make Properties Default in the Properties dialog box. Or, right-click/Control-click the comment and choose Make Current Properties Default.
