Review a shared PDF offline

If you want to review a PDF without being connected to the server, you can save the PDF locally and then reconnect to the server to publish your comments when you’re finished.

  1. Open the PDF attachment or click the link.
  2. Choose Comments > Work Offline.
  3. Add comments.
  4. Reconnect to the server, and click Publish Comments.

If you are unable to reconnect, click Send Comments to email your comments to the review initiator.
